The staff were really friendly and helpful.
I was utterly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The stairs were absurdly steep and treacherous, making it nearly impossible for me to navigate, especially with my mobility issues. To make matters worse, the room we received was nothing like the pictures. it was cramped and felt outdated.

What a fantastic find! This hotel boasts friendly staff and a charming atmosphere. My twin room with a spa bath offered an amazing way to unwind after a day of exploration. Proximity to tram lines made city travel easy, and local dining recommendations were spot on. Truly a gem in the heart of the city.

We had an amazing 4-night family stay at this lovely spot. The staff greeted us with joy and even offered a complimentary drink upon arrival, which set the perfect tone for our visit. We loved the cozy room with a beautiful garden view, and our pet dog was welcomed with open arms.
In my wife’s opinion, a kids’ play area would be great.

Had a great time with friends here! We loved visiting the Anne Frank House and took a relaxing canal cruise. The rooms were cozy, and staff were super helpful. The location was perfect with a tram stop right outside, and having a supermarket nearby was a huge bonus. Would recommend!
One downside was the noise from road works next door, but it wasn't a major issue, as they provided earplugs to help with sleeping.

It was just a decent option for a short stay in Amsterdam with fantastic value for money. The night staff were super friendly and even offered us coffee, which was a nice touch after a long journey. If you have mobility issues, definitely consider a place with an elevator as the stairs can be quite steep.

I stayed for 1 night and absolutely loved the cozy room with a balcony, and the fresh fruit snacks every day were a delightful touch. Although the pillows were a bit too big for my preference, I still had a comfortable night's sleep. I would definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

Tiny room but oh-so-cozy! The tram stop is right outside, making exploring a breeze. Nice bathroom and a cute balcony to sip my coffee on.
The stairs are like a workout—who needs the gym? But honestly, it's not too shabby otherwise!

Solo traveler delight
I had a fantastic time at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, especially the one with the big eyes who shared insider tips with me. The daily breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and the complimentary chocolate on the pillows was a nice touch.
It wasn’t the cheapest option around but still acceptable for the quality.
